I had an enjoyable weekend staying at home. Last night, i took the liberty to cook at the new house. its quite a pleasant experience overall. :) Everything was kinda easy as i prepared "Shabu Shabu Steamboat". However, it could be better if i had more ingredients and more time. I forgot to fry the garlic and i forgotten to buy the shabu shabu sauce. Heh.

4.45pm- Buying groceries at NTUC marine parade
5.30pm- Home preparing the food to be cooked ( Cutting the vegetables, mushrooms, toufu, defrosting the beef, preparing the soup base and washing the udon noodles)
6.30pm- Food ready for consumption

I wanted to take some photos but did not have the opportunity to do so this time.
